Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
- Retail orders (under 25 lbs): FREE shipping within the United States.
- Wholesale / bulk case orders (25 lbs and over): shipping is calculated at checkout and charged separately based on weight and destination.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, generally 2–7 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer.

Carriers
We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and OnTrac. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment will be at the customer's expense.
